GYTS outdoor armored fiber optic cable uses single-mode or multimode fibers housed in high-modulus PBT loose tubes. The 250 μm fibers are protected with water-blocking gel, and the tubes are stranded around a central strength member to form a compact, round cable core.
A layer of PSP (polymer-coated steel tape) provides moisture and crush resistance, while the PE outer sheath ensures durability and UV protection. The cable structure delivers excellent mechanical strength, stability, and long-term reliability, making it suitable for duct, underground, and aerial installations.
